В статье раскрывается значение и роль основных компонентов цифрового здравоохранения: телемедицины, искусственного интеллекта, средств дистанционного мониторинга, электронных карт, мобильного здоровья для улучшения здоровья индивида и человеческого потенциала в целом. Особое внимание уделяется мобильному здоровью (mHealth), которое позволяет существенно улучшить коммуникационное взаимодействие между врачом и пациентом, обеспечивает максимальный охват при минимальных затратах, оказывает наиболее существенное воздействие на изменение поведения в сфере охраны здоровья и формирования здорового образа жизни. Дается характеристика коммуникационного взаимодействия врача и пациента в формате мобильного здоровья. Анализируется воздействие новых форм коммуникации на решение различных задач, в том числе информирования пациента об определенных рисках здоровью, сопровождения в процессе лечения и реабилитации лиц, имеющих различные формы аддикции, информирование здоровых клиентов. В статье приводятся примеры реализации подобных программ и оценка их эффективности.

The paper gives an overview of digital health components and their role in individual and collective health including telemedicine, artificial intelligence for health, wearable devices, mobile phones and mobile health. A particular focus is given to mobile health that significantly improve health care provider - patient communication, ensure maximum coverage with minimum resources, influence behavior change communication and stimulate healthy lifestyle. Mobile health application may vary from prevention risky behavior among patients, ensuring proper treatment and rehabilitation of the patients with various form of addictions, providing information on health to various target groups. The article gives examples of such programs and their effectiveness.
