Статья посвящена актуальной теме формирования евразийского пространства в начале XXI века, в условиях новой экономической трансформации и дестабилизации мирового экономического, политического и культурного пространства. Автор приводит основные теоретические взгляды крупных теоретиков евразийского пространства, а именно Н. Данилевского, В. Соловьева, С. Булгакова, Н. Бердяева, В. Эрнста, Е. Трубецкого, а также современных геополитиков, таких как Х. Макиндер и З. Бжезинский. В статье рассматривается процесс становления и развития евразийского экономического пространства с момента его возникновения и до современного этапа развития. Анализируются основные этапы формирования евразийского экономического пространства, также приводятся различные точки зрения политических деятелей современности, которые непосредственно участвуют в процессе его работы. Автор прогнозирует и анализирует возможные пути дальнейшего сотрудничества и взаимодействия внутри Евразийского союза в первой четверти XXI века в различных областях интеграционного развития, а также дает экспертный анализ перспективного развития Евразийского союза.

The paper is dedicated to the critical issue of the formation of the Eurasian space at the beginning of the XXI century in conditions of a new economic transformation and destabilization of the world economic, political and cultural space. The author gives the main theoretical views of the major theorists of the Eurasian space, namely N. Danilevsky, V. Soloviev, S. Bulgakov, N. Berdyaev, V. Ernst, E. Trubetskoy, as well as modern geopolitics, such as H. Mackinder and Z. Brzezinski. This paper reveals the process of formation and development of the Eurasian economic space from its inception to the present stage of development. The author analyses the main stages of the formation of the Eurasian economic space and leads different points of view of contemporary political persons directly involved in the political processes. Besides, the author analyzes the possible ways of further cooperation and interaction within the Eurasian Union in the first quarter of the XXI century in various areas of integration development, and gives an expert analysis of the future development of the Eurasian Union.
