В статье раскрываются проблемы молодежного участия в политических коммуникациях в условиях информационного общества, актуализируются новые формы политического взаимодействия. Авторы исходят из предпосылки о том, что участие молодежи в политической коммуникации включает в себя не только деятельность, связанную с традиционными формами (голосование, членство в политических партиях), но и с негативными действиями (экстремизм, ксенофобия, террор и т.д.) и, следовательно, политическое и гражданское образование играет значительную роль в изучении политической системы и процессов принятия решений. Авторский подход заключается в рассмотрении социальных медиа как современного инструмента расширения гражданского участия в современном политическом процессе, использование которых создает возможность создания и развития имиджа молодежного лидера. Новые возможности и формы политической коммуникации открыли перспективы для исследований политического участия молодежи, и в ближайшее время это будет оставаться темой, представляющей интерес для исследователей, политиков и молодежных работников.
The article reveals the problems of youth participation in political communications in the conditions of the information society and the new forms of political interaction (online / offline). The authors proceed from the premise that youth participation in political communication includes not only activities associated with traditional forms (voting, membership in political parties), but also with negative actions (extremism, xenophobia, terror, etc.) and hence political and civic education plays a significant role in the study of the political system and decision-making processes. The author’s approach is to consider social media as a modern tool for expanding civic participation in the modern political process, the use of which creates the possibility of creating and developing the image of a youth leader. New possibilities and forms of political communication have opened up prospects for research on the political participation of young people, and it seems to remain a trend for to researchers, politicians and youth workers in the near future.
